Why do C-graders perform better in real life?

Back in school, there was and still is a popular notion that only good grades lead to success. Every teacher tells this to a student and every parent believes this to be a dignified life.

The real-life shows something completely different. Often seen, low-grade students, prove to be more successful in their career and outsmart A-graders with their survival tactics.

So why do C-graders perform better outside the examination hall? Here are seven reasons why 

 They stay out of the line.

Unlike A-grade students, C-graders do not follow a disciplined checklist. They do their work their way, in ways, they find simple and do it efficiently. There is no system morphed inside them. They know they might fail in the process, but they can always learn.

 

    They have bigger things to do.

C-graders are not obsessed with grades. They do not waste their energy to fit into that box. They have different dreams to achieve and they do not wait for school to end and then start living their dream. They focus more on the knowledge, even from a failure.

 

   They are not afraid of taking risks.

A-graders are used to winning all the time. But the real world is very different from the examination hall. You cannot mug up life like you mug up a book. When A-graders fail in reality, they get distracted, sometimes hide.

C-graders prove to be excellent leaders because they embrace success and failure happily. Yet never stop trying.

 

  They are hardworking

C-graders are aware of their weaknesses. And they work hard on themselves for improvement. They never try and compete with the A-graders. They put in that extra effort to explore themselves to rectify.

 

  They focus on self-learning.

C-grade students never get excellent grades, but that does not mean they never study. They understand the value of education. They know it very well the 7^th-grade result won’t help them in graduation or an interview. So, they focus on what is important, which can help them grow.

 

   They define success differently.

To an A-grader success is good grades, prestigious college, job, car, money. They sometimes end up doing jobs they hate and forget their dreams. The worst might be, they never dreamt at all.

To a C-grader, success is all about living the dream and pursuing a passion. They do not know whether there will be success ahead; they do it for the love of the journey.

 

     They live life happily.

A-grade students avoid going to events or meeting friends for just a school test they have tomorrow. They are so cautious about their performance, they completely forget living.

C-graders are happy people, they are dreamers. They have nobody to impress and no high rank to gain. They understand that exams are vital, and study enough to appear and pass. Sometimes they perform well, sometimes mediocre. They are happy anyway.

However, it is not easy to be a C-grader in a world where everybody is running after good grades. Some teachers call them unworthy; some parents do not understand them at all.

Good grades matter and do influence the future. But what’s more important is knowledge. 3 out of 5 C-grade students are afraid to talk to their parents about their dreams. They are forced into careers they can never manage.
